Now having more time to pursue leisure interests, I came across an archive of ‘home movies’ shot by amateur filmmakers in, & around the area where I live. These historical media resources include coverage of; carnivals, regattas, people going about their every-day business, & air raid precautions. If you have an interest in local history, I would recommend searching for amateur ‘home movies’ in an archive.
